16) Except to the extent permitted by law, nothing in these Terms has the effect of contracting out of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other consumer protection law that cannot be excluded. To the extent our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to NZD100 or the cost of any Product purchased through the Website (whichever is greater).

f) Giveaways and competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.
g) By participating, entrants release Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and Well by Vets from any responsibility or liability related to the promotion.
