We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. You will receive an email when your order has been collected with tracking information. 

New Zealand

• FREE shipping for orders over $99 within New Zealand.

• $8 NZD shipping for orders less than $99.

• Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

These rates apply to Rural Addresses also. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses so please provide a street address.

Australia

• $20 NZD base shipping for orders containing one item to Australia.

• Plus $5 NZD per additional item.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses so please provide a street address.

International

• We do not currently offer shipping outside of New Zealand and Australia.

Returns

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind.

If your book arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the following information:

• Order number

• Clear photo of the damage or fault
