We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. You will receive an email when your order has been collected with tracking information. 

New Zealand

  • FREE shipping for orders over $99 within New Zealand.

  • $10 NZD shipping for orders less than $99.

  • Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

These rates apply to Rural Addresses also. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses so please provide a street address.

Australia

  • $20 NZD base shipping for orders containing one item to Australia.

  • Plus $5 NZD per additional item.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses so please provide a street address.

International

  • We do not currently offer shipping outside of New Zealand and Australia.

Returns

14-Day Change-of-Mind Policy

We want you to feel 100% confident shopping with us. If your order arrives and you change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price (excluding any original shipping costs).

  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned completely unused, untampered with, and in their original, pristine packaging (including intact tissue wrapping where applicable). Because our first-aid kits contain sterile, medical-grade essentials for pet safety, we strictly cannot accept returns on any medical gear that has been opened or handled.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.
